Jaylen Brown Leads Celtics Comeback, Snap Thunder’s 12-Game Win Streak
The Boston Celtics rallied from an early deficit to defeat the Oklahoma City Thunder, 119–109, behind a dominant performance from Jaylen Brown. Brown scored 31 points, including 14 in a crucial third quarter that shifted momentum in Boston’s favor.
After trailing early, the Celtics surged in the middle quarters, outscoring the Thunder and building a double-digit lead entering the fourth. Jayson Tatum added 19 points, 12 rebounds, and seven assists, providing an all-around impact in the win.
Oklahoma City, led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s 33 points and eight assists, kept things close late but couldn’t overcome Boston’s strong finishing stretch. The Thunder also struggled from beyond the arc, hitting just 12-of-37 from three-point range.
