 Max Strus Catches Fire as Cavaliers Dominate Heat in High-Scoring Rout
The Cleveland Cavaliers delivered an explosive offensive performance, crushing the Miami Heat 149–128 in a dominant home victory.
Max Strus led the charge with 29 points, knocking down eight three-pointers and setting the tone early as Cleveland built a massive first-half lead.
The Cavaliers surged ahead by as many as 35 points, highlighted by an 81–46 halftime lead, their highest-scoring half of the season.
Evan Mobley added 23 points, while Jarrett Allen made a strong return from injury with 18 points, giving Cleveland a major boost on both ends of the floor.
Despite a late push from Miami, led by Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Bam Adebayo, the Heat couldn’t recover from the early deficit as Cleveland stayed in control throughout.
With the win, the Cavaliers bounced back in emphatic fashion and showcased their offensive firepower, while the Heat continue to fight for positioning in the Eastern Conference playoff race.
